About the Service
A transactional service, that allows the customer, to send and track their complaints online. It also send alerts to the user by emails and mobile, to notify applicant of any updates to his ticket.
Please explain the problem you are having as descriptive as
possible. We will provide an e-mail acknowledgement, ans we will response to you within 2 to 3 days.
You can also send a hard copy letters to the relevant Directorates and to the Quality Management Section on P.O. Box 333, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
