      In 2012 we received 92 inquires, and 91 was answered in the same day , and the other one was answered after 3 days as it was asking about oil pricing , and it is related to other directorate we were waiting for the proper answer to be provided to the requester.

      Most of the received inquiry was related to Invoices status inquiry and when it will be paid, applying online CV, financial forms clarification, the electronic fund transfer method, changing bank details of a vendor, modify in the contact details of a vendor and few request about the training.
